Amit is a Global Human Resources professional, with experience of managing diverse projects across family led enterprises, public sector enterprises, multinationals and start-ups. In his current role, Amit partners with key clients on bringing about value creation through Strategy Clarification & Value chain mapping, Organization Transformation, HR Operating Model, Talent Management, Total Rewards Strategy, Executive Compensation and M&A. He has 14 plus years of experience across HR Consulting and Corporate roles.

Prior to joining Aon, Amit was in Leadership roles with udaan.com (a fast growth e-commerce start-up) and Philips Lighting as Head of Performance & Rewards CoE. Amit was also part of Korn Ferry’s Advisory practice (Hay Group ) responsible for managing projects across Strategy Execution, Organization Design and work measurement.

Amit started his career with Aon as a Rewards Professional and was leading the Manufacturing vertical advising clients on Total Rewards and Executive Compensation.

Amit has an MBA degree from MDI - Management Development Institute (Gurgaon), India and holds a Bachelor of Science (Physics) degree from Hindu College, Delhi University.
