Ann Florell is vice-president and Head of HR for Bengaluru-based Target India, an extension of the U.S. retailer Target’s headquarters operations. Prior to this, she supported the CIO and led the HR team for Target Tech.

Ann is a Target veteran who joined the company in 1993 as an Executive Team Lead – HR, for Stores. In 1995, she moved to Headquarters and worked across various HR business partner roles and advanced into leadership. In 2014, Ann was promoted as VP HR. She has since led the Talent Management team and supported multiple C-suite leaders at Target, including the CIO, CHRO, CLO, CFO and CMO. 

Ann received a bachelor’s degree in communications and business from Saint Cloud State University. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family. She enjoys indoor and outdoor activities including reading, cooking, gardening, doing DIY projects, hiking and spending time on the lake.
