While I am currently, the Head of the HR Business Partners at Biocon Biologics, I have over two decades of experience in helping organizations attract, retain and nurture human capital. Thirteen of these years have been focussed on the pharma and healthcare industry.

Through my career, I have worn several leadership hats across both HR CoE and Business Partner functions. I have been heading HR since December 2012, across four different organizations – Merck, Maersk Line, Johnson & Johnson, and now with Biocon Biologics. I have worked closely with diverse teams from APAC to Europe, the Americas and Australia, establishing a track record of success in all my roles and assignments.

Have been part of the India/ South Asia/global leadership boards across multiple organizations. Have built, managed, and led teams to focus on strategic and operational aspects of people strategy and support human resources in response to organisational strategy.

My focus has been on organization effectiveness, talent development and management, succession and building talent pipelines across levels, increasing diversity and inclusion sensitivity across the organizations. Have been part of, led global and local HR projects to implement new systems, KPIs and metrics, policies, and processes to enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiencies.

Apart from work, I play the violin, am a driving enthusiast, enjoy travelling, keeping fit and being with my family.
