Aseem is a seasoned HR leader having experience in setting up HR systems and processes and driving them in sync with business strategy towards attainment of sustainable competitive advantage for the organization.

Aseem carries rich functional experience in the entire gamut of Strategic Human Resource Management with special focus on creating and sustaining a culture of a Great Place to Work and initiating and driving strategic, value based changes in organizations through HR & OD interventions.

He carries diverse industry experience spanning in Marketing Communication, IT and EPC with companies like DDB Mudra Group, Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, Uttam Group etc.

Presently Aseem is working as a Vice President-HR with Indian conglomerate Vestige Marketing Pvt. Ltd and heading HR of multiple business verticals viz. Direct Selling, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Retail etc.

Aseem has a keen interest and insight into human psychology and organization behavior. He relishes the facilitation of appreciative; strength based training programs and interventions on a variety of subjects that include Emotional Intelligence, Visualization and Ethics. He has also published a research in the area of Vision, Mission, Values and Transformational Leadership.

In his free times he loves to play badminton and write poems.
