Chella is Global Head of DEI & Leadership at Biocon Biologics, a leading biopharmaceutical company, I carry over 25 years of diverse experience in HR and business. He is responsible for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I), Culture, Talent, Learning and Development (L&D), Innovation , partnering with the senior leadership team and stakeholders across the organization.

His passion is to create a culture of inclusiveness, where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to contribute to the company's vision, mission, and goals. As a certified Insights and Design Thinking coach, Chella facilitates innovation leadership development, design thinking for innovation, strengths-based development, and speak up culture programs, coaching and mentoring leaders and employees to unleash their potential and foster a collaborative and creative environment.

He also champions sustainability and social impact initiatives, such as the Impact Weighted Accounting Initiative (IWAI), which measures and reports the environmental and social impact of the company's operations. expertise and achievements in HR, strategy, and innovation have been recognized by several awards, such as the HR Leader of the Year in Malaysia for three consecutive years (2017-2019).

Chella is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business degree in Digital Transformation in HR from the Swiss School of Business and Management, and an ICF certification in coaching.
