Deepti leads the people and culture agenda at Jubilant Foodworks. She has close to 20 years of experience in Human Resources across QSR, consumer internet, telecom and consulting.

She has an expertise in driving large scale organization transformation and deeply cares about building high performance organizations. In her work across organizations she has been instrumental in driving leadership transformation and change across levels. She is passionate about bringing more diversity into workspaces and making them more inclusive. At a personal level Deepti is an avid reader especially on inner transformation and spends her time raising her two boys.
