He was formerly the EVP & Chief People Officer of GE SBI Card and headed HR for GE’s BPM unit and the HR function for the credit card JV between GE Capital & State Bank of India. His erstwhile professional stints have been with Vertex Group, Fidelity Investment, Max Life Insurance, eFunds Corporation, Canon India & Bharti BT wherein he held Senior HR portfolios. Sharad is a Delhi University graduate in HRM and holds dual PG Diplomas in HRM & Training & Development. He also holds a certification in OD from TISS, Mumbai & is an NLP Practitioner & Life Coach.
