Divkiran is a seasoned HR Technology professional with extensive experience in Leading change and large-scale HR Transformations focusing on leveraging emerging HR Technology for in Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, DEI, Employee Experience and People Analytics. She is currently working with Seagate Technology as Global Director of Talent Agility. With professional experience of nearly two decades, she has worked with multiple marquee organizations like GE, PwC, EY, Oracle, Deloitte and Schneider Electric. She was named an ET Emerging Leader earlier this year, has received the ET T.A. Pai Young HR Leader Award in 2020 and featured in HR40Under40 in 2019. She has experience working directly with executive leaders to identify growth areas, define HR transformation roadmap and change strategy, set up shared services and CoEs, and drive digital HR investment strategy.
