Neetha Jagan is a HR professional specializing in Learning and Organizational Development. She has previously worked in companies like GE, HP, Collabera, Target, AXA. Currently she designs and manages learning initiatives in Sabre, a travel technology company. Her responsibilities in various roles through her career have included setting up and managing end to end L&D function, creating a culture of learning, building innovation platforms that propel ideation, curating learning experiences with specific business outcomes, consulting and partnering with business on learning strategies that enhance skills and competencies, leading cross functional teams on talent initiatives, designing and delivering leadership, soft skills and behavioral skills programs. She is on the core team of WIT(Women in Technology) and WCN (Women's Career Network) in Sabre. In her spare time, she takes up voluntary assignments related to learning and development for educational institutions and NGOs.
