Ability to lead the day-to-day operations of a premier organization in a multi-location and Global environment

Provide strategic, proactive guidance, advice and expertise in HR/ER risk management and policy development. Provide advice and coaching to all locations across US India in the areas of employment law. Develop and implement HR initiatives. Includes managing investigation process to reduce the risk of a fraud, workplace violence, work place harassment and more.

Has served as the chairperson of the POPSH committee at Capgemini, has been on the re addressal committee of ASH (against Sexual Harassment) both at RBS and Deloitte's (Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee) Has been a member of the Diversity & Inclusion and is a leading facilitator for several programs
She is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a Certified Coach.

She started her career in the year 1996 with CMC LTD and has worked in India and abroad in organizations like Capgemini, Deloitte, Royal Bank of Scotland and Corpus Inc.

She wears many hats and is a speaker, trainer, executive coach, writer and thought leader. She is on the board for a not for profit called END NOW Foundation. They are the only not for profit organization in the space of Promoting Internet Ethics and Digital Wellbeing. Maximizing Technology Benefits, while minimizing Risks & Negativity

She is involved in philanthropic activities in her free time. Cancer prevention and awareness amongst women. She is also attached to an orphanage in Hyd and is an active member.
