Gaurav has over 20 years of experience in Banking and Insurance businesses Operations. In his current role at Genpact, he is a Global Operations Leader for multiple clients across the P&C Commercial lines for both the US and UK geographies and drives the organization strategy & client transformation with an unwavering focus on delivering value to the client and helping their business prepare for the future.

In his extensive career, he has successfully led large accounts for top Insurance Clients (US and UK P&C/L&A) and has been instrumental in enabling his organizations build new capabilities in acquiring businesses in multiple product lines, gain footprint in new geographies and end to end process reengineering and improvement projects for clients.

During his outsourcing industry career, he has had stints with GECIS (now Genpact), EXL and TCS. He is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt from GE Capital.
