Her journey of entrepreneurship began in 2019 when she founded Wequity as she wanted to change the dialogue of under-representation of women in tech. Her organization aims to change how workplaces function by using patent pending assessment tools that will drive diversity, equality, inclusion and belonging in the DNA of organizations.
