Engelbert “Gilbert” T. Camasura, FPM, MBA is a seasoned business and people leader known for his great passion for people. He is an advocate of #advancingHR and #transformHR in the Philippines in order to create better workplace and workforce ready for the future of work.

Gilbert has more than 25 years of experience in strategic people and business management. His areas of expertise include human capital management solutions and talent acquisition among other HR functions. Gilbert is the Chief Executive Officer of PM Consulting, partner of SHRM in delivering programs in the Philippines; also, the Chief Take IT Forward Officer of HRTX, Inc. an enabling HR + Technology consulting company in the Philippines. His vision is to support people become better and challenge organizations transform to future-ready state through HR + Tech resources.

A graduate of Behavioral Science from the University of Santo Tomas; pursued education through an Executive Leadership Program at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain and in New York, USA. In addition, he completed his certification in Talent Management Certification with Penn State University, USA. Gilbert completed his Global MBA Program at Aden University, Miami, Florida, USA with highest honor – Summa Cum Laude. He has also been conferred the honor of being a Fellow in People Management (FPM), the Society of Fellows in HR. His dedication to advancing HR has earned him a seat as a member of the Board of Advisers in the Human Resource Management Program at the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde.

Gilbert held strategic HR roles with local and global companies in the Philippines mostly at start up stage where he developed and introduced programs for HR that were aligned to business strategy. He has been supporting family-owned corporations to future-proof their organization through various people strategies. He has also conducted several learning sessions on talent management, workforce planning, HR Transformation, and other HR leadership development programs.
