Haidee is the Chief Executive Officer of MicroSourcing and Beepo, representing the largest and leading provider of managed or hosted offshore services in the Philippines. Prior to this, she spent 20 years in the HR profession, most recently as Chief People Officer of one of the biggest outsourced customer experience providers in the world.

Haidee is recognized as one of the handful of Filipino BPO professionals who have made a distinction in the local, regional, and global stage due to her professional track record and active involvement in initiatives to uplift the practice of people and business management in the country.

She is an alumna of the Harvard Business School, and in 2017 was awarded the distinction “People Manager of the Year” by the People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP).
