Ina Bajwa
As the Chief Talent Officer at Tata Digital, Ina leads the entire talent value chain of the company, with the talent strategy aligned to the company’s strategic priorities. She has been with the Tata Group for 11 years and has held multiple leadership positions across Tata Communications and Tata 1mg.
She has over two decades of intra-disciplinary experience in human resources and has worked across sectors such as Technology, Banking and Consulting. Prior to the Tata Group, Ina has worked with BCG, HSBC and Essar Group, holding various leadership positions in HR, including global roles, with specialised experience in areas of People Strategy & Culture, Talent Management, Learning, Leadership & Organisation Development, Diversity & Inclusion, Driving large-scale transformations/change and Strategic Resourcing.
She is a student of human-centric leadership, and endeavours in increasing her quotient of adaptability, resilience and empathy in her leadership. She excels at partnering with CXOs and business leaders to build & execute their people strategy to solve complex people problems that impact business outcomes. She remains fascinated by the evolution of the people function in its contributions to creating value for the top and bottom-line growth for the company. In 2022, she brought home 3 Brandon Hall Awards (Academy awards equivalent for HR function) for creating change programs that impacted business outcomes.
Ina completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research, Mumbai and also holds a degree in Economics and English Literature from Panjab University.
