Ina heads Learning & Development across the globe for Tata Communications. In this role, Ina spearheads the learning transformation journey of re-skilling, upskilling and cross-skilling talent to create a sustainable business impact; and has been at the fore-front of enhancing the company’s culture of continuous learning through leveraging technology solutions and behavioural interventions.
Ina brings 15+ years of intradisciplinary approach in Human Resources to pressing people issues for organisations across diverse sectors. In recent years, Ina has held various leadership roles in HR and has also worked closely with business leaders to establish & scale new businesses in the IoT, Managed Security Services, cross-border Mobility and SaaS domains in India, APAC, UK and US geographies and has been at the fore-front of driving new-age talent management. Ina has highly specialised experience in areas of diversity & inclusion, talent management, organisation development and strategic resourcing.
Prior to Tata Communications, Ina worked with BCG, HSBC and the Essar Group. Ina is passionate about developing women leaders and finds her purpose in grooming others to become successful.
