Judhajit started his career with the RPG Group after graduating from XLRI, Jamshedpur in 1995. After working in a variety of roles with RPG Group, he joined the credit cards division of GE Capital, India. He joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance in November, 2000 and has now been with ICICI Prudential Life for over 20 years. He assumed responsibility as Head of Human Resources in 2005. He is currently responsible for Human Resources, Operations & Customer Service, Admin & Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, CSR & Sustainability (ESG).
