Mr Kunal Sarkar is an accomplished HR Leader with more than 19 years of experience across several verticals of strategic Human Resource Management - talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, talent management, ethics and safeguarding, employee engagement, global mobility and organization development - in telecom, pharmaceutical, IT ,ITeS, and agricultural research. Kunal has been in global leadership roles in multicultural and multidisciplinary work environments in Asia, ANZ and Africa. He has worked for organisations like Wipro, IBM, Dr Reddy’s Laboratories, and is presently the Global HR Director for the International Crops Research Institute for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT).
