Jyoti Dadlani is currently leading the Talent & Learning solutions business for the West region at LinkedIn, India. At LinkedIn Jyoti has also worked on blitzscaling the Search & Staffing business in the West Region as well as co-built the Inside sales team in India
she has diverse experience in the financial services and Internet industry.

She has had the opportunity to work across roles in Research, Customer Success, Business Strategy and Sales & Account Management. Jyoti is passionate about problem solving and love exploring and implementing new ways of doing things.

Jyoti has also co- lead the APAC chapter for WISDOM ERG whose mission is to create a thriving community inclusive of employees from all stages of life.
