Dr. Tanaya Mishra is the Global Chief Human Resources Officer at In-Solutions Global, a fintech firm. Strategic HR leadership is the cornerstone of Dr. Tanay’s role, where fostering a future-ready and agile organization is her prime focus.

Prior to joining In-Solutions Global, Dr. Mishra was associated with Endo as Vice President and Head of Human Resources (India). Previously, she worked at Strides, Essar, Accenture, JSW, ACC, Shoppers Stop, Firstsource and DHL.

Dr Mishra holds a PhD in Manpower Planning, a Master’s in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, and an LLB from Utkal University.
