Jyoti’s professional journey started 16+ years back in the year 2006. She started as a recruitment executive and over the last couple of years, she has had the pleasure of gaining industry-wide experiences across Talent Acquisition and HR domains, working with highly matrixed organizations.

In her current assignment as TA Head India and Global Diversity Hiring Lead for Agilent, she has been working on building stronger organizational capabilities and Talent pipelines keeping quality and business continuity in mind and with a continued focus on DE&I. Prior to this, she was associated with Walmart and Aricent as recruitment leader and have led ‘New Country Penetration’ initiatives by setting up complete new centers in countries like ANZ, Taiwan, Vietnam, China etc to name a few.

On the academic front, she have done my MBA along with Btech Biotechnology and Higher National Diploma in Applied Biology.

Jyoti resides in Delhi with her Husband, who is also a TA leader and their 3 year- old son. She is a big fan of Ted Talks and spends her time reading current HR trends and relaxing with friends
