Kamaljeet Kaur has over two decades of accomplished cross-industry experience in the human resources sector. In her present role, she leads the people function for Gensel group and its portfolio companies with more than 2,000 employees across renewable energy, eMobility, and clean energy ecosystems. She spearheads organisational design and talent strategies that support the group's business priorities and meet the ever-evolving needs of the workforce.

Prior to joining Gensel Group, Kamaljeet served as Whole-time Director and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHAO) at Sterl ite Power where she led initiatives to upgrade talent, transform the organisation design, drive culture change, and improve employee engagement. She has also worked for several esteemed Indian and global MNCs including Wrigley, HDFC Bank, Hero Motor Corp., and Jubilant FoodWorks.

She has an Economics degree and is an alma mater from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD). Kamaljeet also holds certification as a life coach. She is passionate about combining business success with people development.

She is deeply committed to continuous learning in the age of new-generation HR technologies, talent analytics, and large-scale HR interventions for high-performing organisations.
