KS is the Group Head of Human Resources for InterGlobe Enterprises. He is an integral part of the leadership team and serves on the Executive Committee of InterGlobe Enterprises. He provides strategic and operational leadership to the Human Resources Function and is responsible for integrating HR practices throughout the organisation.

With an experience in Human Resources spanning over 30 years, KS brings rich & varied experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Telecom and Manufacturing sectors. KS is an experienced thought leader & believes in developing the business leaders by Coaching & Mentoring. He has driven business results through innovative people strategies and building strong learning culture in the organisation. He has successfully led various projects in Leadership Development, Culture Building, and Talent Management practices.

KS has previously held senior roles at The Oberoi Group, IndiGo and Bharti Airtel.

KS holds a master’s degree in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
