Lopamudra Banerjee spearheads the Human Resources function at Carrier Midea India Pvt. Ltd. (CMI). She joined CMI in 2012 upon the inception of the joint venture between Carrier Corporation and Midea Group. Her last assignment was Head- Organisation Development for Aviva Life Insurance.

As the HR Head for CMI, Lopa plays a key role in contributing to the growth of the India business. She has been supporting the business by developing and executing an effective HR strategy and has been instrumental in enhancing the position of the HR team in the organization as one of the major levers to achieve business success.

Lopamudra has completed her Coaching certification from ODA-CFL, (Accredited by ICF) in 2015 and is a passionate Coach and loves working with individuals to help them channelize their energy for enhanced business results. She also loves to connect with young minds and frequently delivers guest lectures in higher educational institutions on different topics leveraging her industry experience.

Post her graduation from St Stephen’s College, Lopamudra pursued her Masters in History from Delhi University. Lopamudra has more than 25 years of experience of which she spent more than 10 years in Consulting with firms like Ernst & Young and PriceWaterhouseCoopers where she had an opportunity to work across industries and contribute in different areas. She also enjoys the role of a mentor to professionals facilitating career transformations.
