Mamta heads the HR function for Fiserv India and operates as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team for Fiserv Global Services across India, US and Costa Rica on all talent related dimensions, with enhanced focus striking the perfect balance between the hearts and minds, while building a strong employer brand in the country.

Mamta is a committed People, Talent and HR leader with globally diversified experiences in multiple markets and technology organizations. She has an illustrious record of driving transformation to build organizational depth, culture and capability. She is well recognized to be a thought partner to business leaders in helping shape longer term HR strategy that supports the business strategy.

Mamta builds effective connections with stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, through her strong commercial acumen focused on creating a compelling competitive advantage for the brand. She has developed expertise as a HR generalist coaching executives, Talent Management, Analytics, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, HR Delivery, Equality at Workplace and building and driving a high-performance culture.

Prior to this she has worked with IBM for over 13 years in varied global roles across geographies.

She earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Mount Carmel College in Bangalore, and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI). She loves to travel across the globe, do candid photography and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. Apart from listening to music, she is also an avid reader on multitude of topics.
