Mandira Bedi

Actor, Author, Anchor, Fitness Enthusiast

In a career spanning over two decades, Mandira Bedi has made her mark as an actor, anchor, sports presenter, fitness enthusiast as well as author.

She became a household name when she began hosting ICC Cricket World Cups in 2003, Champions Trophies in 2004 and Indian Premier League for Sony Max.

Since then, she has continued to engage with audiences in person and virtually successfully in different roles from an anchor, mc, facilitator, speaker to fireside chats in the space of health, well-being and happiness.

She loves taking on new challenges. Her sense of adventure had her drive a 12-ton goods carrier truck, across the Himalayas over 6 of the highest motorable passes in the world.

Despite her busy schedule managing her family and various projects, Mandira has also found the time to be a role model of fitness amongst thousands of women.

Recently she added another feather to her cap as author with her first book Happy for no Reason

Mandira’s mantra is to remain strong and fit, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too!
