His frameworks received industry recognition at global platforms in Kuala Lumpur, Istanbul, Las Vegas, and Toronto.

At Vantage Circle, Nikhil heads the Americas Business while shuffling between the US & Canada. Previously, Nikhil has had successful stints at Aon Hewitt & Tech Mahindra before co-founding Peoplecart, one of the pioneers of Employee Recognition Technology in South Asia & The Middle East.”
