With over 16 years of experience, she is well versed in designing and implementing processes, mapping and introducing best practises in various HR disciplines. She is result oriented with excellent relationship management skills. She has experience in building high performance and goal focused work teams built on a foundation of shared collaboration, open communication and strong sense of accountability.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies and Master of Business Administration from Narsee Monjee
