Venky is an experienced HR leader with more than 33 years of corporate experience. He is one of India’s senior most and longest serving Group CHROs for diversified conglomerates.

For the last 20 years, he has held the Group HR Head position in global, India-origin companies. Venky also had an entrepreneurial stint for over 4 years, during which he founded Svanishta, a strategic HR advisory firm which focused on a novel ‘Director HR-on-hire’ proposition.

Currently Venky is the President – Group HR for RPG Enterprises, a USD 4 Billion diversified conglomerate. The Group has business and operations in all major geographies around the world.

Venky is an alumnus of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai.

Venky’s articles are off the beaten track, and challenges existing notions in management and HR.
