Mayank has an overall work experience of around 22 years in the areas of Operations, Training & Human Capital. He is currently the Human Capital Leader for Technology lines of businesses in Optum. He has critical experiences of managing teams in Operations, leading large regional teams, HR Business partner roles for Businesses with presence in multiple geographies & industries like Hardware Technology, Infrastructure Services, BPO, Health care & Site Leadership role.

Mayank started his career in Operations managing teams in Technical Support in Dell, Bangalore. He then transitioned to leading the Training function for Dell in Hyderabad. He then moved to HR & performed Business partner roles for multiple businesses in Dell, Hyderabad, Noida & Coimbatore enabling senior leaders in designing & implementing their talent strategy. He then moved to Dell, Coimbatore as HR Site Leader managing Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & other HR CoEs prior to joining Optum.

In Optum, he started as HCP for various businesses in Operations for India geography in 2014 . Later, he took additional responsibility for managing Human Capital teams in Philippine’s geography before moving to his current role.

Outside of work, Mayank is a long-distance runner & has completed more than 35 half marathons in the last 10 years. He is married to Megha who is a teacher & has a son, Hunar who is 11 years old.
