Swati has been consistently delivering change and transformations with multi-industry exposure across the country. She is known for fast, agile, and proven leadership in business Strategy, Human Resource Management, Advisory and Leadership Development.

Swati is a passionate business leader with a unique experience of establishing complete HR and Performance Management systems along with successfully developing and implementing HR Strategy for organizations to create culture of performance, emotional involvement & successful teams.

She has completed her master’s from MDI Gurgaon and an Executive Development Program from Kellogg School of Management
