Nitin Wadhwa is a global human resources leader with progressive experience across regions and across the full spectrum of human resources management. Committed to building a people-centric culture, he has led projects in major multi-site matrix organizations in a variety of sectors, including insurance, media, consulting, and information technology. He has successfully transformed several businesses from a capability and culture perspective.

Nitin is an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, where he studied General Management. He completed his Master’s in Human Resources from Sardar Patel University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Delhi University.

Currently, he lives in Mumbai with his family and indulges in reading to unwind. He is passionate about running marathons and has participated in many over the years.

At UKG India, Nitin heads the HR function with an emphasis on creating a culture that speaks for itself. He is a part of the Senior Leadership Team and plays a critical role in UKG's growth & culture in the region.
