As a visionary CEO in the energy and solar space at Luminous Power Technologies, Preeti Bajaj is actively promoting and implementing green initiatives, leading innovation, and advocating for sustainable policies to secure a cleaner future. She is driving the purpose of the organisation which is to build a sustainable planet and a trusted consumer brand along with taking the company to the next frontier of growth in international markets.

Preeti comes with nearly two decades of experience in both the Australian and global business environments. Throughout her career, she has successfully led enterprises of various scales, including multinationals, ASX listed corporates, and startups, helping them navigate the complexities of today's business landscape. Prior to her role at Luminous, she held the position of Australia & New Zealand CEO and MD for Modis Australia, a part of the Adecco Group. Additionally, she served as CEO of Clipsal Solar, a venture by Schneider Electric.

In 2011, Preeti won the AFR's Young Executive of the Year award. Never afraid to push a boundary, Preeti has also championed many firsts during her career as a young and successful professional. She was also awarded the Scholarship for the Authentic Leadership Program at Harvard by Chief Executive Women in 2017.

Preeti completed her MBA from Swinburne University and her Master’s in Applied Finance from Macquarie University, Australia. She stands as an exemplar of core values, with diversity, inclusion, and sustainability at the heart of her mission to foster a brighter and more equitable future for all. Recently, Preeti won the prestigious CEO of the Year 2023 Award by The Machinist.
