A core HR & IR professional, Mr R.P. Singh, is Director (HR & Legal) at M/s Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd., New Delhi, the largest manufacturer and marketer of fertiliser in Asia. Mr. Singh is also a part-time director on the board of PHD Chambers of Commerce & Industry, Kisan International Trading FZE, IFFCO-MC Crop Science Pvt. Ltd., IFFCO-eBazar Ltd.

Graduated in Political Science (Hons.) from Bhagalpur University and post-graduation in Labour and Social Welfare from Patna University, Mr. Singh had started his career with Telco (now Tata Motors) at Jamshedpur (India) in 1975 and has also worked with British India Corporation and Pyrites, Phosphates & Chemicals Ltd. (PPCL).

With a cumulative experience of more than 4 decades, he has set benchmarks and has unveiled new verticals in the areas of corporate policies, handling arbitrations and litigations, manpower rationalization, employee engagement, negotiating long-term settlements with trade unions, contract labour, L&D, building talent pipeline, legal due diligence of prospective acquisition and collaboration, negotiating mergers & acquisitions, joint venture formations etc. His contribution in the field of HR is widely recognized in the corporate world.

Mr. Singh has been actively associated with the activities of Indian Council of Arbitration, NIPM, NHRDN, PHDCCI, AIMA, India Chief HR Officers Forum etc. He has also served as a member on the panel set up by the Minister of Civil Aviation, Government of India, to facilitate integration of members of staff in the wake of merger of Indian Airlines and Air India.
