Before joining Syntel, Raj spent 3 ½ years as a site leader for JP Morgan’s Global development centre at Bangalore. Raj was responsible for overseeing banking and technology operations, servicing the Retail, Commercial and Treasury service businesses of the Bank.

Prior to JP Morgan, held several roles at GE, from Global account management, to running Operations. His last role in GE was as 6 Sigma Quality Leader for GE Capital’s back office in India, where he led a large team of Master Black Belts and Black Belts.

He has 34 + years of diversified experience in industries ranging from automotive, manufacturing, life sciences and financial services. His strength lies in delivering high quality operations, technology, and consulting solutions to enable a digital experience.

Raj holds a bachelor’s in mechanical engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, Anna University, Chennai & an MBA from the SP Jain Institute of Management, Bombay University.
