Rajan has built the New World People Leader framework in the past three years. The framework outlines the new mindset and skills needed by leaders in the age of AI. Two hundred leaders around the world have been trained on the mindsets and new skills.
For the past twelve years Rajan has been consulting in the areas of Productivity, Organisation Transformation, Talent Management, Employee Retention, People Decisions, and Leadership Skilling. He serves on advisory boards of the firms guiding them on building, managing and engaging Talent.

He carries three decades of corporate and leadership experience involving in-depth work in HR, Large Scale Organisation Transformation, Leadership Development, Organisation Enablement & Talent Management, and Coaching. He is continuously working in the area of intersection of Strategy and HR.
He has experience in a wide range of industries - Manufacturing, Automobiles, Consulting, FMCG & Financial Services and have worked in 2 startups - FMCG & Financial Services.
