Rajorshi Ganguli is with Alkem Laboratories Limited as their President & Global HR Head since 2017. Overall he brings with him about 27years of experience in the field of human resource function handling variety of transformational roles both in India and abroad. Prior to Alkem he was with Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories for 13 years and before that he had stints with BPCL & Usha Martin. Rajorshi has authored several articles and case analysis, is a frequent well known speaker in different forums. He is a “Certified Management Trainer” and an alumnus of Xavier Institute of Social Service (XISS), Ranchi.
