Randeep Singh is an influential leader, transformation coach, leadership builder, and a champion of operational excellence. Having served the HR industry for over 2 decades, he has a penchant for revolutionizing People practices by driving the convergence between people , technology & business outcomes.

A thorough professional, he has worked in various roles, i.e., Consulting, HR Strategy, Head Human Resources, Offshore Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, and Operations Head. In his pursuit to drive meaning full transformations, he founded WyoW in 2016– A bespoke HR consulting company to help organizations accelerate business performances.

Currently, Randeep is chairing the position of COO at HONO – an HR tech & automation company that enables organizations unleash their true potential by ensuring a happy and productive workforce.

A change agent and process advocate, Randeep has led program design, HR tech implementations; designing and implementation of HR processes and policies, talent acquisition and talent mobility for senior leadership, management of end-to-end HR operations, and successful redistribution of manpower to help turn the mere “need to have” function into a competitive advantage to help organizations save money, and be agile. He has ensured the creation of a strong foundation for managing IR scenarios to influence strategic business results.

A technology transformation champion, Randeep has carved the roadmap to technology transformation at leading organisations. He has partnered with the CAG of India, and architected the formation of a Center of Excellence in HR tech for Essar Group. Randeep has helped organizational giants like Prudential, Gokuldas images, Bharti, Maruti Udyog, and Sasken scale up the core HR operations.

As a global professional, Randeep has d managed an entire gamut of HR interventions across complex business environments in India, Australia, N. Americas, Africa, and the SEA region. With a versatile career graph, he has facilitated leadership, by working closely with leadership models to administer radical changes in performance management and succession planning to ensure employees of today are the leaders of tomorrow.
