Ravi Kumar is a dynamic and seasoned professional with over 25 years of extensive and well-rounded experience in Human Resources.

Since his appointment in April 2022 as Chief People Officer, Page Industries, Ravi has focused his effort on successfully leading his team in driving sustainable People Practices that impact the organization’s culture, leading to innovative business outcomes. With his strategic direction, Ravi aims to enable the exponential growth of the company and ensure a brighter future for all its stakeholders by collaborating closely with the executive team.

Best known for his significant contributions to the industry in India and overseas, Ravi remains focused on building Leadership capabilities and guiding relationships, both internally and externally. Prior to this assignment, Ravi has proven success in his capacity as Head of People & Culture (India, Middle East & Africa) at the F. Hoffmann La Roche Group in its affiliates in India, Singapore and the Middle East. During the course of his career, Ravi has held multiple HR Leadership roles in national and global organizations like the Saint-Gobain Group and Larsen & Toubro Limited.

His peers and associates hold him dear for his coaching and mentoring ability, and his focus on developing culture and talents within the organization. Ravi holds a graduate degree in Bachelor of Science from Ravenshaw College and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the reputed Xavier Institute of Social Service.
