A passionate leader who believes in driving change and transforming lives. Richa comes with an experience of 2 decades across corporate and social sector. Her experience spans advertising, brand communication, product marketing , channel sales, distribution & fund raising. Richa has worked closely with customer experience and engagement teams; and has created a forte in building teams that have the prowess to craft authentic and contextual conversation to build customer engagement.

Richa was introduced to the concept of sustainability and corporate responsibility while she was working in the social sector (CRY). Thus came about Saarathee – a Customer Contact Centre that would employ and leverage PwD. With this she decided to create an impact story while delivering services which could manifest business strategy into positive outcomes for organizations across sectors. She chose to hire PwD to drive her business and change the canvas of the story for corporate India. And as an onward journey she wants more and more corporates to become Inclusive, therefore she is working towards creating India’s first dedicated EduHire Platform which aims at bridging the employment gap between skilled PwD as well as Corporates.
