Rohini is a seasoned, credible HR Leader with a track record of delivering Business Transformation via deep Partnership skills. She has more than twenty-five plus years of experience in Global footprint organizations across sectors like CPG, Services and Industrial.

Rohini is currently the Group CHRO with Jubilant Bhartia Group and shapes the HR Agenda for the four Life Sciences Group of Businesses alongside support Foodworks, Enpro, Consumer and Motorworks on case basis. The Jubilant Bhartia Group today is approximately 45,000 employees across the globe.

Rohini’s last role was Diageo’s International Supply Chain Transformation based out of Edinburgh UK spanning Singapore to Europe to Mexico. She helped inject speed and agility by eliminating touchpoints across the organization and leap frogging the Digital centered ‘Factory of The Future’ initiative. Her most consuming experience was the reverse merger of USL India into Diageo India. Rohini led the cross functional Business teams to significantly impact the Organization Footprint, Talent / Succession Depth, dial up Diversity-Inclusion whilst keeping Business team’s engagements high around Diageo Culture north pole.

She has also worked as HR Head for Reckitt Benckiser and PepsiCo Foods India. She led the Business Growth - Cultural Transformation at PepsiCo Foods & a clutter breaking 360* Digital Campus Campaign for Reckitt Benckiser. She also served in various GE Businesses – Genpact (BPO Start Up), Crotonville Leadership Development (Leadership Development) and GE Advanced Materials (Unleashing Business Growth via Change Acceleration) and GE Capital (Business boom and downturn cycles).

Rohini has been awarded the Bill Conaty GE Asia HR Excellence Award and the John Lynch GE Global HR Excellence Award. In PepsiCo she also won the Harvey Russell Global Inclusion Award and her function has been voted as the Best Function (by popular vote) consistently over four years.

Rohini graduated from TISS Mumbai with a Masters’ in Human Resource Management and went on to join Unilever Limited as her campus job. At Unilever her assignments included Brooke Bond-Lipton Field Force Merger and a Plant Start Up.

She is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, MBTI & Hogan Certified. Known for her energy, humor and positive outlook Rohini enjoys traveling, reading and gardening in her spare time.
