Mr. Roy Joseph is an HR professional with multi-faceted experience in the HR industry for over 30 years. During his career, he has worked in various parts of the HR function in India and abroad. In the last fifteen years, he has been at a leadership level in different organizations - both MNCs and Indian.

He is currently working as Director ,HONO . He is leading the company’s operations and expansion in South India & responsible for driving technology-led growth of AI enabled HRM Solutions & Services.

His last assignment was as VP-HR & Services at MRF worldwide. He graduated from XLRI Jamshedpur, with specialisation in human resources and Industrial relations. He has specialized in Change Management from Change First in the US and has completed his OD certification from NTL in the US. He is a Job Evaluation expert - Hays methodology. He is a certified assessor from SHL in London. Apart from his functional area, he was responsible for CSR and Communication in most of the organizations he worked in.

He is on the board of Rajagiri Business School in Kerala.
