Sandeep is a Partner and Talent Leader at EY India.
He has done his Master’s in Social Work from Delhi School of Social Work. With almost three decades of work experience, Sandeep’s experience spans the complete value chain of HR across varied Industries - IT (Microsoft, Siemens), Telecom (TCIL Bellsouth) and manufacturing (Taylor), Consulting (EY) in the area of talent acquisition, leadership development, HR transformation, organization development, DEI, and coaching.
In an increasingly dynamic and disruptive working world, Sandeep believes in being an effective ‘Change Leader’, who is shaping the organization’s culture by attracting talented professionals and providing them with an environment where they can realize their full potential while delivering on the organisation’s purpose.
