Sanjay Dutt
Sanjay Dutt has 30 years of experience in the industry and is well recognized for his work around driving organizational strategies through Talent Management, Capability Development , Leading large scale Digital HR transformation & operations and Employee Engagement.
Sanjay joined EXL in 2010 and is the Global Lead for the HR Centers of Excellence. This includes Recruitment ,Capability Development ,Digital HR Operations, Communication, Statutory Compliance and Employee Relations at EXL, globally. He also provides leadership to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Global Employee Wellness initiatives.
His key focus is to create and drive an integrated Talent strategy, in line with EXL’s long term strategy. This includes building and accelerating on Talent engine which combines Talent acquisition and Talent development from within to proactively build and engage a talent pool comprising of digital, domain and leadership capabilities.
Sanjay has led the setup of the EXL Center for Talent as an engine for sourcing and building talent at scale to drive EXL’s growth. Over the years, he has been instrumental in embedding digital, sales, domain & leadership capabilities through a focused learning academy model which creates deep expertise in target capability areas.
He has envisioned and established a futuristic digitally transformed HR Operations, Talent Management & Learning Ecosystem at EXL driving enhanced employee experience, improved productivity, expanding talent base across geos, and an accelerating digital, open source self- learning culture.
Prior to joining EXL, Sanjay was a Partner at Accenture, where he led capability development for their outsourcing organization. He also previously served as Director for Performance Enhancement & Training at American Express.
Sanjay holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics from the Delhi University and an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi, India. He is a
prominent industry thought leader, and contributes to several HR forums and institutions globally.
