Sapna is the founder and Managing Partner of Capital League. Capital League is a ‘boutique’ wealth management firm, set up in 2003. It is India’s only all-women wealth management firm.

Capital League has been awarded ‘Best performing IFA by CNBC TV 18’ on 6 occasions. The firm has won the ‘Think Big Award’ for team building twice and many other industry accolades over the years.

Sapna is an Electronics & Telecom engineer by education. After acquiring a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from FMS, Delhi (’93) she joined BNP Paribas. She has over 10 years of banking experience and a cumulative of 26 years in the financial services industry.

Sapna is a member of MDRT (Million Dollar Round Table), US - The Premier Association of Financial Professionals with six ‘Top of the Table’ (TOT) honors. . She is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a member of FPA (Financial Planners Association).

Sapna has on many occasions been invited to speak and write on topics related to wealth management and financial planning. She was recognized as among ‘India’s Top 100 women in Finance- 2019’ by AIWMI.

Sapna has authored the book ‘Investing is the New cooking’.
