With her extensive experience of more than 25 years in the field of human resources and a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing, consulting, IT and service industries, she designs and implements innovative and effective solutions to enhance performance, productivity and retention.

Certified in building resilience, next generation CHRO, and KF Leadership and 360 blended assessment she is an expert in the fields of Largescale Change Management, DE&I, and Strategic Human Resource Planning.

She holds a post graduate diploma in Human Resources and Finance from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and is also a yoga practitioner turned coach believing in the ‘Power of Positivity’ who loves to share her knowledge and techniques on it for total wellness.
