Savita has 14 years of experience across talent acquisition, organizational development, operations, and customer relationship management for creating processes, building and executing strategies and plans. Savita’s work has been across the hospitality, ITES, media, consulting, and BFSI industries just before landing where she is today. Prior to this, she was the Co-founder and Functional Strategist at The Elephant Rumble, where Savita worked with like-minded business owners across the globe to help them scale their business with ease. Savita is also currently in the process of learning to be a coach in the T-CUP Journey.
