Dr. Shalini Lal is an organizational thought leader who helps leaders understand and prepare themselves for “The Future of Work”. In this capacity she works as an advisor and speaker who addresses leadership teams of several of India’s leading organizations. She is also a frequent contributor HT Mint, Business World, and Forbes India.

She recently founded Unqbe-an education and advisory firm around the Future of Work. She also hosts a frequently watched show on LinkedIn called the Future of Work Show, where she discussed ideas about the future that are becoming central to our future.

He subject matter expertise includes building leaders of tomorrow, building social capital in a digital first world and building cultures that can rapidly innovate.

She is a PhD in Org. Science (UCLA), an MBA (IIM-A), and B.A Hons. Eco (St. Stephens College).

Shalini has over two decades of experience working in both Indian and global organisations in senior roles. She loves to combine her academic experience with real world ideas--bringing both conceptual depth and practical expertise. She has earlier worked in HR leadership roles such as CHRO (Escorts Agri), Director HR (Deustche Bank).

And is the author of 'The Secret Life of Organizations' (Hachette, 2019), a book specially meant for the young professional entering the workplace.
