He has expertise in implementing Learning Technologies, Instructional Design, Architecting Solutions, and Project Management. He is an avid learner and keep looking out for upcoming technologies to enhance processes and create new business verticals.

He started his career as a training facilitator and scaled up to head the Immersive Technology vertical at Novac Technology Solutions.
