Ms. Shanta Vallury Gandhi is the Head of Human Resource, CSR and Internal Branding at RBL Bank. Ms. Gandhi brings with her over 30 years of experience in the financial services sector spanning various roles and functions including Business, HR and CSR. She has been in business for more than 25 years and in 2015 she moved to Head-HR

She is part of the core transformational team that set up RBL Bank. She has been instrumental in designing the HR, CSR policies, competency framework of the Bank and is also is the Chairperson of the Diversity Committee as well as the Staff Accountability Committee of the Bank. As Head of CSR she has formulated the CSR policy, strategy, planned employee engagement initiatives and has been responsible in making the Bank a socially responsible organization both in spirit and action.

Ms. Gandhi has a Masters in Marketing Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and Masters in Economics from University of Mumbai.
