In his 24 years’ career, Pankaj has built several Technology & Product organisations, and large scale products Driving global Technology & Product strategy.

An HBS Alumni, Pankaj is currently Chief Operating Officer at FarEye (https://www.getfareye.com) where he leads Technology, Professional Services, Support & Human Resources. Prior to FarEye, he was CTO at Lenskart where he transformed it into a technology based organisation and played a vital role in Lenskart’s Omni-channel strategy, and its journey into Unicorn club.

Pankaj has around dozen Patents and Several Research Papers in top rated conferences and journals. He is also an active angel investor and mentor & advisor to some interesting start-ups.
